Oh nice, the #CityNatureChallenge is moving to a two-week identification window next year!

Hopefully that means we get a little better results and some of these big cities that have been posting thousands of bogus observations can be sorted out a little better

@Wisel upon review it turned out that some of the bigger cities with the most participation had thousands of observations that were out-of-season, on the wrong continent, photos taken from other people's posts, photos reused by multiple people, copyrighted photos taken from elsewhere, etc. Kind of a mess
