SCAM ALERT!!!

The​ father of my kids just received a kidnap/ransom call about my 22 year old son. They threatened him and had CLONED my son's voice. He hung up on them when they began making threats. But here is the warning, LLM'S and other things labeled Ai are using the data we give them and can clone personal information, like your voice, and in the wrong hands could make some very seriously bad choices against us, just regular people, who aren't aware that it's a scam.

I'm still gaining details about how this happened because I'm in Thailand. My son is home and safe. But, please investigate the people close to you irl about their "relationships" with LLM's.

@MamaLake hey #hackers anyone know of a #DataBreach of the #game #halo this is the only game my son was recently playing before his VOICE WAS CLONED and used in a kidnapping/ransom scam. Has this happened to anyone else? #gamers please boost for reach, I want to discover answers and find a way to stop our voices from being cloned.

@MamaLake @MamaLake Other players on the same game simply record the audio and then abuse it.

Sinister, yes - but being on the game voice chat is what makes the game work.

Sadly, it's an escalation of those "I hacked your webcam while you were watching porn" bitcoin scams.

@MamaLake @MamaLake the only thing I can think of is to use some form of modification/effect.

Or he plays the game and you do the voice bits 😁
