Tropical Hurricane Humberto is downgrading to post-Tropical Storm Humberto, as it dissipates energy over open ocean.

Coastal flooding and surges will be present for the remainder of the week, with Tropical Cyclone Imelda pushing right behind Humberto.

There is still no accurate estimate of the damage to Bahamas and Bermudas, since the PREVIOUS cyclone.
