🗨️ I don't agree with the statement published by Amnesty International today, for two reasons: 1) Definition by law: IDF members are no hostages, they are prisoners of war 2) #IHL /Geneva Conventions require adequate treatment of PoWs (#water, #food, medical care) by ISR ! - In the case of #gaza #palestine, there's no 'conflict', it's the complete destruction of medical infrastructure, population/culture by (Israel) - that's not "bargaining", it is a fight for survival - and legal resistance 👇🏽 📑
