Anyone feel like a little knitalong for #socktober? I’m going to knit the Bee-utiful socks by Stone Knits for a rather large-footed man, so I could use the support ;) The pattern is available on Rav and Etsy. And yes, it has bumblebees with little mohair wings. 🐝 🧦

Thought so.

I've made one too many bag experiences with stranded colorwork on socks and issues pulling them up. I need a lot of room to get them over my heels. A correctly fitted leg is hard to impossible to pull up. A leg that goes smoothly over will sit baggy over my ankles.

@FanCityKnits they’re always a bit baggy for me too, although not to distraction fortunately. @cynthiastreef once advised to knit the leg with extra elastic thread, I’ll be experimenting with that - but not on these :)
