I'm back home and then means More Grilling Projects!

Last Night was Grilled Pork Chops.

Today's Lunch was Spicy Asian Grilled Chicken with Grilled Zucchini and Bok Choy.

Tomorrow for Lunch I'm going to do a marinated Pork Steak (carnitas flavors) on the grill with some Poblano peppers and a skewer of Mushrooms.

Thursday for Lunch I'm going to do Grilled Tikka Masala Chicken. And on Friday I'm going to grill a Cauliflower Steak (we're trying to do Veggie Friday as a household).

Basically, if it ain't raining hard, I'll be getting my money's worth out of the grill before it starts getting too cold out.

Lunch Grilling!

I finished the Poblano Pepper halves by flipping them down to the hot grill and putting half a slice of provolone cheese to melt on each pepper half. Very good! (Next time I might sprinkle a bit of masa on the pepper halves before putting the cheese on.)

More Lunch Grilling!

Tikka Masala Grilled Chicken with Skewer Mushrooms, Grilled Broccoli and Roast Butternut Squash (not pictured).

I also grilled some cheese wrapped in flat bread as an experiment. Nice appetizer!
