Coinbase, Cloudflare Launch Initiative to Standardize AI Payments

Coinbase and Cloudflare have launched The x402 Foundation to promote a global AI payment standard, aiming to simplify machine-to-machine transactions and drive growth in the automated commerce market. Coinbase shares rose 0.5% following the announcement, while Cloudflare shares fell 2.5%.
