Philip Mallis 🇺🇦The down escalator at Box Hill is broken yet again! Only 194 days since it was fixed.
Hopefully it doesn't take over four months to repair again...

It sounds like it's probably near the end of its life, it may be a model that hasn't been made in maybe 20 years, and it takes a long time to build or source replacement parts?
