[Asians aren't white-people-lite], so please stop treating us like we are just because it's convenient for you 
p.s. also don't assume white just because someone doesn't have their race and/or face plastered all over their profile

@paninid @mayintoronto oh, I wasn't even talking about model-minority stuff, though I suppose that's one method of manipulating the boundaries of who is considered white 
I was talking more from a perspective of hearing "not ____ enough" where we as Asians are stripped of our Asianiness for the convenience of the stripper, whether the stripper is white or poc themselves, if that makes sense
