@randahl Sounds about right, but it's diplomatically ambivalent. Yes, he draws a line in the sand. But he also gets Putin what he wants: closer to a direct confrontation with NATO. Look at Putins statement this afternoon.
I'm afraid the old man is really considering some sick kind of legacy, which seems to be another 'great patriotic war' against the West.
