After months of trying to find "tech lead" or "principal engineer" positions, I'm desperate because I can't find many, or they don't accept remote, or they pay half the salary for a principal engineer, and if they meet all the requirements, they reject me somehow, partly because I'm autistic.

I'm still glad to work on anything I know: PHP/Symfony, JS/TS/Svelte/Vue (maybe React but I don't like it), Rust, Docker, Linux and many other stuff.

Oh, and for the neuro-divergent part:

Yes, I'm autistic, but I've been in therapy for 10+ years, as well as learning communication skills every time I can, learnt about psychology, sociology, and many other things that make me a capable person in a work environment, and I know how to make the necessary adjustments to make it cool and suitable, you won't have to bother thinking about it, trust me.
And I also have ADHD but the treatment is working superbly well!
