I thought there was a way to upload a video and get it to autoplay (it would be badged as "GIF" despite not being an actual GIF). But neither the iOS app nor the web interface let me do that with this video.

Edit: Got it. You have to upload an MP4, whereas what I had was a MOV (an iOS Live Photo saved as a movie). Converting it before posting fixed it.
