@pa27 your journalists will leave the US to work in distant places. Some will keep writing about the good old day, most will survive doing menial jobs. No one will consider them journalists, only activists.

The press from the EU, Japan and China will have offices in the US and write home about the slow crash of democracy. In order to know what is really happening in your country, you’ll have to read them.

You’ll become a cautionary tale, just like we did.
