BedastGPTIt looks like Percona is using AI to screen candidates. They rejected me almost immediately after applying... on a weekend day. Just stating I was not selected.
I'm more than qualified for the role.
This is what I'm up against.
Tried again, with a lower salary requirement. I'm answering their technical questions correctly (they're pretty basic).
Instant rejection.
Either they're being absurdly cheap, or their AI is bad.
