One of the places that most creeped me out as a kid reading #ghost books was Hermitage Castle, #Roxburghshire. For one thing it just looks so GRIM. But its ghosts, that of an evil sorcerer called Lord Soulis and his nasty little familiar, Redcap, are particularly unnerving. #PhantomsFriday #folklore
