Wish I had a dollar for every time a big corporation has told senior staff, "Here, train these people who have no tenure to replace you for a lower salary, and maybe we'll keep paying you for a bit longer."
I've never seen it done quite like this, though. Give it up for Trump, a man who takes an already horrible practice and dials it up to become outright monstrous.
