We are to week 10 of our 16-week community supported agriculture (AKA farm share) box and we are not yet sick of corn! We still have corn in the freezer from last year that we froze because we just couldn't eat any more of it.

My secret? I primarily attribute this to giving away two and a half week's worth of ears (ie 10 cobs).

Last year we ate too many meals that included corn on the cob and we were just tired of that. It's delicious, but given that we get four ears of corn from week four through week 16, that is 48 cobs of corn - too much!
Ooh though that reminds me that I want to try to make corn "ribs". To the meal planning app!
@casseagull 8! The full box.. oof. Going to 1/2 for next year. Just can’t keep up
@auxonic You get EIGHT COBS A WEEK????????????????????
@casseagull the full box is 2x yours. @Brekkyneuring almost died the week she picked it up for me. I forgot to warn her
@casseagull @Brekkyneuring every week now I just confit the cherry tomatoes and make a stew. Corn at least so far we’ve kept up. Sometimes I pan fry it as kernels and put it in salad

@auxonic @Brekkyneuring We could never - I don't know how you get through that much!

Cherry tomatoes we're currently on top of because we're obsessed with cherry tomato salad with a honey-sherry vinaigrette, basil and small slices of grilled halloumi.

@casseagull @auxonic uh oh, new ear worm, “ooo I need your love, babe, …”
@casseagull Henry gobbled it all up. I had like 1/2 on one ear
