Mx LottieSo after looking up the UK Emergency Broadcast System some more.... apparently they just... do whatever cell stuff they do, SMS and miss RCS (from my experience)
I am so confused as to why.
maybe my phones have just been fucked... since not everyone gets them all the time...
Sarah@LottieVixen is possible to turn off the messages too. It's in the settings
@LottieVixen who gets the message is based on what tower you connect to
@gaycodegal it is turned on, I've just never gotten one without LTE (which is apparently expected)
just really confused as to why RCS is skipped.
