@ai6yr AH the old Turbo commander. It was the second fixed wing aircraft I flew in for medical missions after the cessna. Yes the third pic is true. Some EMS systems refuse to pick us up without a patient and we have to load our entire sled (fixed wing gurney) and gear into a cab to get to the hospital. It was a okay airframe for the mission. It was easier to load because it was low and the high wing and large windows made for a killer view. But it was tight and oddly configured on the inside so was not very comfortable
