Do you live or work near a national border, or at the edges of local mobile service that you have to worry about roaming and associated charges being activated?

@jtk Yes. Victoria, BC, Canada. If we're close to the southern shoreline, this happens with Washington State, just across the Strait of Juan de Fuca.
