Tonight's viewing - Furiosa, a Mad Max saga, courtesy of our local Library. A movie that starts with lots of really heavy North American accents talking frantically about things like 9-1-1, then drops all that to zoom in on the Green Place, an oasis in deepest, reddest Outback Australia.

Still, the motorcycle chase captured us, so judgement has not yet been passed.

A strong middle petered out to a middling end. The deeper dive into the other two fortresses was fun, although the big chase scene lacked the oomff of the one in Fury Road.

The last ten minutes were rather drawn out and ultimately did not deliver much of a kick ending. On the other hand, re-binging Furiosa and Fury Road back to back as one long epic might work.
