Damn, this week is the week where friends of mine are messaging me with their SNCF problems!

Now a SNCF train manager is telling a German friend of mine a telephone number MUST be displayed on each item of luggage

I have just checked the latest SNCF terms and NO that is NOT TRUE. It is *still* only name and surname
