Now I want to re-watch A Business Proposal! Archaeopteryx!

@JillsJoy @stuffjolikes
It's one of those shows that I've apparently finished, but remember nothing about!
#kdrama

@EllenInEdmonton @stuffjolikes she was the food scientist at the company, but dressed up like a rich chaebol girl in place of her friend for blind dates, which is how she met the CEO chaebol of the company she worked at.

The 2L couple was steamy!

@JillsJoy @stuffjolikes
Yeah, a lot of the shows that really just focus on a romance, especially rich boy/poor girl, really don't stay with me. I like some additional learning or interest along the way, like weather forecasting or sound engineering.
#kdrama
@EllenInEdmonton @JillsJoy @stuffjolikes I have enjoyed learning about the hotel and potato farming industries also.
@commonst @EllenInEdmonton @JillsJoy Absolutely.. I loved the weather ones too.. who knew you could watch kdrama and learn so much about competitive fencing, ballet, the restaurant trade, shamanism, civil engineering and earthquakes, Korean history, ssireum wrestling, coffee, demon hunting and much more!
@stuffjolikes @commonst @EllenInEdmonton @JillsJoy Not to forget medicine, psychology, psychiatry, attorneys, judges and court rooms, very many branches of the entertainment and the restaurant industries, art schools, coffee brewing, historical Chinese literature, Mongolian customs, dentistry, running convenience stores, Go terminology, breeding pigs, the Korean military, astronauts, architecture, prisons, banking, how to run illegal weapon shops...
Just to name a few.
@sbi @stuffjolikes @EllenInEdmonton @JillsJoy it blew my partner's mind that I knew the Korean name for Go during an episode of Chef and My Fridge, moreso when I told him I knew it because there was an entire romance series based around it...
@commonst @stuffjolikes @EllenInEdmonton @JillsJoy Ah! All I have here was what I got from Misaeng.
@sbi @stuffjolikes @EllenInEdmonton @JillsJoy Captivating the King wasn't the strongest story, but lots of detail on baduk.
@commonst @sbi @stuffjolikes @JillsJoy
Those 2 and Reply 1988 taught me a lot but not enough to play the actual game.
@EllenInEdmonton @sbi @stuffjolikes @JillsJoy oh heck no! I have tried Go in the past and I suspect it takes a lot of practice.
