@rbreich
Another reason to boycott Starbucks which I have been doing for years
Quite a devilish fact...
@rbreich Burnt rubber roast and more burnt rubber roast? Won't be hard to avoid that.
@rbreich this looks taken from facebook

@rbreich

Can't remember the last time I patronized Starsucks. Could probably count on one hand the total number of times.

@rbreich somebody randomly gave me a couple of gift cards, so i had to go recently to make sure they didn't just get to pocket that money.

The people working there were kind, but the coffee remains bad.

@rbreich That's 6666x, not 6,666x so it doesn't look like it's only 6x and a change...
@rbreich or just ask yourself where the next local coffee shop is, who even might sell you something that tastes like a good real coffee for half the charge!
@rbreich surely if you invent a cake on a stick you're worth that. No?

@rbreich

the determining factor in highest #corporatetax rate should be exactly that: ratio of median pay to top its top earners, imho.

@rbreich what’s the CEO’s name?
Starbucks Coffee Company - Governance - Executive Leadership

@rbreich perfect way to resist. I stopped buying from Amazon altogether. Our family is looking at ways to reduce digital dependence on Big Tech ... our only dependency on the billionaires right now.
@rbreich And another RR post that should be in text, not an image with no alt text. Why??
Meanwhile, never used Starbucks, never will...
@rbreich
If 666 is the number of the beast, 6666 is the number of the evil CEO.
@rbreich Starbucks, the company with the unnecessary tarb in the name.
@rbreich I have been boycotting Starbucks for years.
@rbreich
I remember Starbucks founder, Howard Schultz in the last DEMOCRATIC primary debates along with that other famous DEMOCRAT Billionaire and union hater, Michael Bloomberg. Billionaires who oppose unions are not Democrats.
@rbreich Capitalism at its finest where are gluten can be gluten and proud of it come and by the way, fuck you little peon.
@rbreich 'Starbucks' CEO made 6,666 times more than the company's median employee in 2024. This was the widest CEO-to-worker pay gap in the entire S&P 500. Remember this before you order your next pumpkin spice latte." #alttext #AltTxt #ALT4you
