Sounds like this year’s #BurningMan is challenging 2023 for the worst weather. Yesterday they got blasted by 50mph winds and they’re expecting thunder storms for the next few days. Camps and shelters are destroyed, and people are exiting before the festival has officially started. #NVwx

Looks like #BlackRockCity dodged the thunderstorm downpour today. Just enough drizzle to keep the dust down. Steady wind of 15-20 MPH. Center Camp, DMV, The Man, The Temple, and Camp Arctica all closed in preparation of the storm. 7 hour wait at the Gate tonight, it was 17 hours this morning. The city looks full, but it’s only Monday!
