As a german we are trying to fight hard but in the end, who knows. It's not unlikely but currently the goverment is keeping it pretty 'hush' on how they will decide. At least 22 MEPs from Germany are openly against it. With some others I am quite sure that they will also declare they are against it. But if that is enough I am not sure.

@hydr0nium @chatcontrol well Germany said no last time because for the same thing (chat scanning) I don't think they will say yes but we'll see later, in the end to protect children it's enough to at least block porn sites and content that is at least NSFW just like the UK, spy on chats It seems more like a GDPR violation
