Frustrated BC Today callers recall how Air Canada responded to their cancelled flights

Air Canada flight attendants have chosen to stay on the picket lines and defy the back-to-work order issued by the federal government. BC Today host Dan Burritt and John-Henry Harter, a labour studies lecturer at Simon Fraser University, listen to callers who were affected by the labour disruption at Air Canada and who are complaining about a lack of communication from the airline.
