Something awful happened

I left my dog with some friends who had watched her before, but when they opened the door to get ready to take her for a walk, she darted out. So she’s wandering around #oakland with no collar and no idea where she is.

This poor girl is 14 and just deserves to be in a nice warm bed with her lamb chop stuffy and a treat. I’m so scared for her.

If anyone I’m here is in the ivy hill area of Oakland, please be on the lookout for Rosie.

Shes such a good girl and I am just falling apart.

@minmi Is there an official-ish post somewhere that can be shared publicly, with contact info when she's found? Does the SPCA offer something like this?

@kristinHenry there’s a few services where you can post stuff and I’ve filed a lost dog report with animal services in Oakland. Mostly it seems like the move is to post on Nextdoor and facebook which I kind of hate. And we’re going to put up a ton of flyers.
