In my home, this tea appeared whenever:
Someone ached from long garden work 🌱
An uncle groaned about leg pain 🦵
Grandma would smile and say:
“It might not fix everything, but it will surely comfort you.”
And it always did. ❤️
🌿 Why these 2 leaves?
Guava leaves – Slightly bitter, believed to support joint mobility & soothe inflammation.
Lemongrass – Fresh & citrusy, used to support circulation, relax muscles, and calm the mind.
When combined, they make:
A soothing drink for the body
A calming ritual for the mind
The process is slow & intentional — just like the wisdom it carries
You’ll need:
• 6–8 fresh guava leaves (or dried)
• 1 stalk fresh lemongrass (lightly smashed)
• 3 cups water
• Optional: slice of ginger or spoonful of honey 🍯
For aching nerves, sciatic discomfort, or sore muscles, this tea may offer gentle support.
