I realise many of my friends are bewildered by my new found love for #kdrama but one of the reasons I watch is because it's escapism or sometimes just therapeutic. Been a really difficult week at work with some (possibly unfixable) tech problems and chaos amongst people we support.. so decided I needed something calm and restful and been watching #WhenTheWeatherIsFine which is a very slow, musical, poetic story of small town rural life, friendships, love, guilt, forgiveness set around a small bookshop. FL is the fabulous #ParkMinYoung and very different from anything I've seen her in before. Also features #LeeJaeWook in a small role as an old school friend.
@stuffjolikes I can assure you the escapism element of #kdrama is not strange to the many Kdrama -addicted posting under the hashtag. While it is mirroring 21 Century society like no showbizz in any other country dares to do.. Even the handling of issues with corruption, manipulation etc. It is done in a subtle way that is almost getting impossible in what once called The Free West. The Monty Python-team could face legal problems if they would be on screen these days.
@stuffjolikes

@hanktank61 the blog posts in the end credits are an important part of the story..I tend to skip intros/endings but you really shouldn't for this one.
