I can"t change the fact that I have progressive LGMD ,am totally house-bound and will be so forever ,who knows ?
I accept that fact reluctantly.

If you are chronically ill and /or disabled person, have you ever felt like expired and your active life comes to an end ?

I am just talking to those ones who can understand this feeling as not many people like to hear this, thinking it's negative.

For me , I always resist such feeling by getting myself occupied with learning languages ,listening to music , following my friends on social media ,etc.but ,to be honest I am defeated now and then and fed up with being chronically ill and house-bound.

Then,In that very moment I feel so vulnerable and lose my determination and strength to keep going, and ask myself
,"how long will I be like this, waking up , sitting in one place till night ,then lay down on hope I sleep ? "

So ,I believe it's a valid feeling to feel helpless as a human being and as it's an unavoidable episode of my life with LGMD .
Here ,I am not seeking pity or spreading negativity talking about such feeling,I am rather sharing my experience with chronic illness.
