You can imagine how trivial this life is when rising a cup of tea up to your mouth becomes like an achievement you feel willing to celebrate and uncertain if you will be able to continue doing so in the future .

So when you lose your abilities one after one,starting with standing up,then walking,till raising your hand to reach your mouth becomes a luxury you like to celebrate,then daily life turns to be as a daily marathon you have to engage in from dusk to the sunset
