The repair work will be focused on the Caribou Creek area, with multiple excavators methodically restoring dozer lines. Given the significant amount of ground to cover, this process will take a considerable amount of time. The heavy equipment will progress across the fire area, eventually concluding its work along Glacier Creek near the Elliot Highway. The total distance of dozer lines requiring repair is estimated to be between 35 and 40 miles, highlighting the long-term commitment to restoring the affected landscape…
