30 July issue of ‘Science’ has a bunch about making ‘quantum’ computers with ‘single atoms’.
This is one of the most insane, stupid things imaginable. I know WITH CERTAINTY BEYOND ANY SCIENTIFICALLY REASONABLE DOUBT that there is no such thing as a ‘quantum’ computer, except in the imaginations of physicists and electrical engineers (besides me and some others). This is because there is no such thing as ‘entanglement’. The 2022 Nobel Prize was awarded for incorrect papers.
