Where do I go to read the technical paper on how the Australian Government plans to make companies enforce the social media ban?

I’m pretty sure, with all things technical, there will be a simple way around it and all it’s likely to do is make it harder for genuine people and open the door for even more hacks and personal information leaks.

Honestly feels like a uinformed and uneducated plan that isn’t going to solve the root of the problem.
