More chaotic evil (but non-destructive and non-theft) things to do if you have access to your enemy's house:

• Rearrange their kitchen cupboards/cabinets
• Move random furniture 6 inches to the left or right
• Disconnect the lever in their toilet
• Turn off all of the water shutoff valves
• Either max out or mute any speakers they have
• Rearrange the HDMI plugs on their TV (may not work on some modern TVs; also requires devices to exist)
• Unplug and turn off any power strips you find
• Remove the hinge pins from interior doors, tape the pins to the door, and put the door back in the frame
• Take all of their clean clothes and dump them in the dirty laundry, or put the dirty laundry away without washing it
• Slightly unscrew the light in the fridge or oven so it turns off
