Sure, check out the following distros for creatives (of which I prefer Ubuntu studio) Ubuntu Studio, AV Linux, Fedora Jam, KXStudio, Rocky Linux. If it comes to gaming, it depends on your preferences and expertise: SteamOS (arch), Bazzite (fedora), and DraugrOS (ubuntu). In any case, Wine, which is most commonly used to some extent for gaming should run in most environments.
