@tusk81 Hmm, but SCOTUS judged that the president has more or less absolute immunity while in office. And the president can pardon all the others.

So, either you need to also aim to have a revoked SCOTUS decision and/or get rid off of that pardon system.

Otherwise I don't know how you want to have trials about all those now without overcoming the current system completely?

You can take notes from the nuremberg trials after ww2. But make sure to denazify better than last time.

The big problem is that we dont have the soviet union to annihilate them this time.

Sorry experience shows that perpetrators in totalitarian systems seldom get legally prosecuted.

In the post communism era only the Romanian dictator was executed during the turmoil. Even despite WWII less than 1000 Nazi mass murderers were executed.

So what exactly do you want prosecuted? (80-90% of what Trump does is basically applying laws that already exist in extra cruel ways.)

There need to be trials in the same manner as Mussolini was tried, especially as several of those needing to be dealt with are judges themselves.
