It wasn't #Stalin. It was #Yezhov, kids are now told.
Will the same happen with #Putin? Will #Russians be told it wasn't him who started the war, who killed millions of people, it was someone else!
#Stalin's repressions killed from 3 to 20 million people by different estimates. The exact number will likely never be known. But less than a century later, #Russia worships him - monuments to #Stalin have been opened in several #Russian cities, and textbooks praise #Stalin.
This is modern-day #Russia. This is the threat the #West faces. It must be taken very seriously.
