I've been using Navidrome to stream music for a bit now. It's lightweight, snappy, stable and does everything I need. It lets me stream my own music, mark things as favorites and track my listening habits. It's decidedly nerdy β€” you need to self-host it (or pay someone to manage it β€” I assume that's an option somewhere) and I sync new music up to it using rclone. It...

@cory I bet! πŸ˜…
@cory Congrats on shipping this, man. Very nice indeed.
@kevinspencer Thank you! I really appreciate that! πŸ™πŸ»
@cory Nice!!!!
I just got navidrome setup a few days ago and have been using arpeggi on iOS to connect. Noting to check Cadence out one of these days though!

@mbjones Thank you! πŸ™ŒπŸ»

I don’t think I’ve tried Arpeggi before β€” I was using Amperfy before, which is nice and feature rich, but I wanted something much simpler, so here I am. ☺️

@cory very cool! Might make me scrap Spotify for good.
@lasseborly Thank you! I really don’t miss Apple Music or Spotify β€” that Navidrome supports the Subsonic API means there are a number of apps to try as well. I was using Amperfy before I built Cadence. πŸ˜„
