Ich kenne mich ja gar nicht mit #iOS aus. Aber jemand aus der Familie möchte gerne ein Hörspiel auf sein Apple Handy kopiert haben. Was für einen mp3 Player benutzt man denn da? Ich hab eigentlich keine Lust, dass die mp3 Dateien erstmal in iTunes hochgeladen werden, vielleicht auch noch überprüft. Das Handy soll einfach nur die mp3 Dateien abspielen ohne nach Hause zu telefonieren. Unter Android hatte ich immer Foldplay benutzt, eine sehr gute App.

iOS + SMS question.

Does anyone know if, when you send an SMS, the Messages app shows you whether it was delivered?

I don't use SMS, but I just texted someone who doesn't use WhatsApp or Signal, and I've no clue whether they got the message. It's important that they do.

(And no, I don't have their email address, and it's too late to call them, plus I'm a Millennial.)

Edit to add that the receiver probably uses Android.

I made this app because there was no free ambient nature sound app, and I wanted one to help me sleep. And then it became a hobby to go out and record the sounds. You really notice that human noise pollution is almost everywhere when you try to take nature recordings. The app is called “Chill Soundscapes” in the App Store.
