Making a batch of #miso #mayak #eggs, aka #Korean marinated “drug” eggs. Supposed to be delicious and addicting like drugs, lol. Boil soft boiled eggs and soak in marinade: Miso, soy sauce, mirin, msg, rice vinegar, honey, gochugaru, sesame seeds, green onions. Marinade tastes wonderful, I can’t wait to see how these turn out.
