Fine, it was pricey to run the CARFAX but decided to dig deeper into the Abandoned Mystery Car in the big box parking lot. (worth a few coffees to pursue this further)

Has not been reported stolen. But, apparently, it hasn't been smogged since 2017. (registration says expired in 2019)

Who parks their car (with a window cracked open, mind you) in a big box store parking lot for 7 years?
