The DOJ’s argument is that fact checking may introduce monopolies of certain view points and courts should ensure “viewpoint competition” exists.

@carnage4life I’ve decided the USA doesn’t exist. I could probably prove the U went missing. The remaining letters (with apologies to the actual country) would betray a leaning towards the historical apartheid era country they aspire to. You could sue me but apparently not?
