@spacehobo Ah thanks. Fixed now I believe.
@hilario Perfect. I have just shared this with the 2025 riders of the #LondonToAmsterdamRide and it's been incredibly informative!
@spacehobo 😁 fun!
Something I've looked into but never tried: bike on Dunkirk ferry

@hilario We do it every year! A lot of the anxiety they drill into you about showing up and checking in on time is basically because of how awkward cars are. Bikes board first, zip through a lot of the faff, and it's a really decent experience!

@hilario Incredible! Options! When in Barcelona in early March I complained about the hordes of young Europeans everywhere who must have arrived by train because its easy and cheap.

I expect all that traveling translates into income for business people.

Why don't Americans care about income for business people?

@Iragersh Thank you 😊! Barcelona: It would likely have been trains for people from mainland Spain and nearby parts of France (and bus for Andorra), but I suspect most other people came by plane. (International train travel is often not as straightforward and cheap as flying in Europe.) Anyway, it is good to let people know about the alternatives.
Ah yes, I see what is happening to the tourism industry in the US.
