[Speculative] What would the Democrats do to reverse the impact of Trump if they win the next election? - Lemmy.World

Assumption: There is another federal US election. Assumption: That election is legitimate. Assumption: The Democrats win that legitimate US election. So with those assumptions in mind, what would the Democrats do with their new-found power? Just repeal any/all executive orders and legislation that got passed during Trump’s reign of weirdness (the sledgehammer approach)? Identify and reverse the worst transgressions of the current administration (the scalpel approach)? Something else? And what would happen with the Schutzstaffel Immigration department, DOGE etc?
