this includes informed consent hormones for anyone who wants them

using whatever name and pronouns and identity terms for anyone who asks

informed consent surgeries of all varieties

and none of this being restricted by gender identity, presentation, characteristics, or other gatekeeping bullshit

(Some surgeons treat us as weird aberrations for not getting reconstructive surgery, as if breasts define our gender. Many women aren't offered it as a choice at all. And some are left with poor results and extra skin because the surgeons decide we'll change our mind.)
