Hopefully, Trump is simply bluffing in his implicit threats to use nuclear weapons against Iran.

But in case he is not:

We must all think right now about what concrete things we can immediately do to impose consequences on the US government and Republican Party if Trump orders a nuclear strike tonight.

We must not be passive. Too much is at stake.

Hating men is not and should not be an integral part to feminism.

Men hating is not progressive.

Men hating/testosterone hating is not okay because you are trans fem.

Only hating cis men isn’t okay either.

Trans men are men and hating men includes trans men.

(Yes, you can differentiate trans men as we’re not generally the people at issue in the same way as cis men are in patriarchy, but hating men includes us).

Not sure where I was going with this except it’s patriarchy you should hate and hating men does nothing to solve that and trans men end up getting balled into all of it when many of us have been the victims of patriarchy and misogyny our whole lives.

In all seriousness tho, the biggest problem on here and has been all along is the racism. From the loud assholes yelling the shit you can see from a mile off to the 'polite' racism you need a fuckin slide rule to interpret, to the standard audacity of particularly the cishet yt men who act like everybody's mentions belong to em, exhausting the shit out of everybody else's energy to ahhh lots more, that's the core of the problem. The enablement. The tendency to avoid facing it head on, dear lord the tendency to not just shut the fuck up and look in the mirror for 5 mins.

Many people have already left. You're not at the 'save this place just in time' stage, you're in the 'this experiment fucking failed hard' stage.

That's a lot harder to climb back from.

And ultimately, what starts out with racism, at some point, affects others.

But that ain't the motivation required. The motivation required is "this is happening to somebody, and that is bad for them to have to deal with"

And some yt man yellin about 'echo chambers' (so I guess we ain't gonna be able to limit our posts to a select audience any time soon still eh) and 'we need more ai and influencers' and so on does not, in fact, fill me with confidence.
