Only the renegade John Roberts MAGA tribunal - easily the worst "Supreme Court" in living memory - would think the following constitutional provision requires their interpretation.
"all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside"
What ... do we need to get a panel of English teachers to explain this plain, clear language to them?
The John Roberts court, sadly, has lost interest in the US Constitution and in the rule of law. The majority has strayed so extremely far off course that at least half of the majority ought to be impeached and removed from office.
