'Knowing Steam players are hoarders explains why you give Valve that 30%,' analyst tells devs: 'You get access to a bunch of drunken sailors who spend money irresponsibly'
"More than likely the person buying your game is not going to play it."
@woe2you@scalzi I'm following the same principle. And it would work fine if new games were not being released. I used to play Overwatch 2 almost religiously every day. Then Marvel Rivals arrived and now I play both. Then Doom The Dark Ages came and I was playing that too. Managed to finish it and went to play RoboCop Rogue City (amazing game btw) that I again barely fit between MR and OW2. And I still have Dying Light 2 to finish. Also I bought Stray coz I've really wanted it for long...
@woe2you@scalzi And I also have Little Nightmares 2 to play that I just grabbed because I absolutely loved the first one so much. It's not that I just don't play games, it's hard to fit the play time with other games and time I need to spend at work. Days just don't have enough hours and it suuucks so much.
@woe2you You should try G-Force. It's an older game, almost like Splinter Cell or Metal Gear Solid, but with guinea pigs. It's actually really good and cute with similar perspective as Stray.
